Andrew Smith is the National DDM and Analytics Leader at A.G. Coombs, with more than 40 years of experience in building automation, control systems, and performance optimisation. Having worked across all facets of the industry, from electrical systems and BMS integration to operational analytics and data-driven strategies, Andrew brings deep technical expertise and practical insight into how data can transform building maintenance. His leadership in developing and delivering Data Driven Maintenance (DDM) programs is helping organisations across Australia achieve greater reliability, efficiency, and sustainability through smarter, evidence-based decision making.
