Ivi Sims is a building science and indoor air quality specialist with over 25 years of experience in restoration, moisture management, and healthy building design. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), contributes to ASTM D22 on air quality, and participates in numerous international committees and Australian Standards initiatives shaping best practice for moisture control and indoor environments. As founder of BULCS (Holdings Pty Ltd) and Building Environmental Wellness Group (BEWG), Ivi leads training and consulting programs that bridge building physics, IAQ, and moisture risk management. She is passionate about advancing standards, education, and practical solutions that deliver durable, healthy, and sustainable buildings.
