Presenter bio
Jonathan Humble, FAIA, NCARB, LEED BD+C, is an architect and code consultant. He had previously served for 28 years as Regional Director of Construction Codes and Standards with the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) in the United States. In this role with AISI he worked extensively on the development of steel standards, guides, and model code development related to cold-formed steel construction, building envelope performance, energy efficiency, and had provided technical education courses to architects, engineers, code officials, and building owners.
He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and has received multiple awards, including recognition from ASHRAE, the National Fire Protection Association, the International Code Council, and the Cool Roof Rating Council for his contributions to the development of codes, standards, and building performance.
